We offer the chance to discover the enchantment and magic that is hidden in Sicilian wines. Our guests will be able to accompany us step by step in the production processes and play an active part in them, tasting with us the Syrah slowly maturing and refining in the tank, corking a bottle of freshly filled Catarratto.

There’s nothing quite like sipping crisp white wine from the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. As I enjoyed my glass, a local woman sitting nearby told me the volcano is still active. Maybe that’s why she sat facing it, quietly watching the mountain while slowly savoring her red wine.
To conclude, the entire experience was unforgettable—from riding the old train to Pompei station, a place that feels frozen in time, to being picked up by a charming driver and warmly welcomed by the winery owners. Their generosity stood out, especially when they offered tastings of things I’d never encountered before—like olive oil infused with parsley and rich paste di pomodori.
