We open the doors of our winery to anyone who wants to discover our history and immerse themselves in our world by becoming a winemaker for a day.

We offer the chance to discover the enchantment and magic that is hidden in Sicilian wines. Our guests will be able to accompany us step by step in the production processes and play an active part in them, tasting with us the Syrah slowly maturing and refining in the tank, corking a bottle of freshly filled Catarratto.

– We will provide you with a picnic basket with local delicacies (typical salami and cheeses, vegetable couscous, pane cunsato, seasonal fruit, dessert) you can enjoy a regenerating picnic and admire a splendid panorama.

Make your blend

– Visit of the winery, explanation of the company’s history and the main techniques of vinification.

– Creation of your unique blend, we will guide you in the analysis of the characteristics of different wines, so that you are able to choose freely which ones to include in your blend. The necessary instruments and guidance will be supplied to allow you to create and taste your own blend.

– Sicilian aperitifs

– Bottling, capping, and labeling of a bottle with the blend of wine created.
