An organic white wine made from hand-harvested Grillo grapes, selecting only the best bunches. Born among the breezy hills of the Trapani area, where sun and sea breeze give the wine its freshness, elegance and intense aromas. Jocu is a hymn to the past, to slow time, to the joy of simple things.

Intense, fresh aromas of white flowers, citrus, green apple and light tropical notes.
Full and balanced with vibrant freshness and typical salinity. Elegant finish with citrus and floral return.
