Organic Catarratto produced as it was in the past, with each bunch picked by hand selecting the best grapes. All processes are carried out with great care so as to produce a very drinkable wine with mellow aromas. A wine that fully expresses the very land that contributes to making Catarratto one of the best Siclian wines. Jocu is a tribute to tradition and to slow and carefree living.

Characteristic: Inebriates the nose with notes of jasmine and orange blossom. Fresh notes of peach and apricot hit the palate with a final note of citrus fruits.
Pairing: Perfect with fish, especially seafood pasta, very well paired with typical sicilian aperitif, such as pane cunsato, soft cheeses and cured meats.
